A process of making beautiful custom software

Process we follow to build Custom Software

Understanding your needs

Every software is unique just like your business. Before we start writing code we understand about you and your business, the users who would be using your software and what are the expectations you are looking for.

We believe that to make successful products understanding your customer is important. Hence a meeting is set up to understand your vision and goals and how this software can help you achieve it.

Let us help you build custom software for your business and your customers.

User Journey

We develop a user journey for the product to identify how the user would interact with the software.

User persona helps us to build a quality software that focuses on the user and it leads to a good user experience. Having a user journey also helps in understanding your expectations and users intentions. This part of the process is important as it draws together the ideas and requirements of the stakeholders.

Our 4 steps process to bring your ideas to life.

Your software will be in your users hands in these four steps and we keep iterating them as your business scales.

  • Brainstorming

Getting our top minds at work to figure out the best way to bring out your idea and vision on the software. We start with validating the idea and estimating the timeline for the project completion. This step takes two weeks for completion.

  • Design

With the collected information in hand we start putting it to use by getting a prototype and working design of the initial first iteration of the product to you. You can get an idea of how the software would look. This step takes two to four weeks depending on your inputs and changes.

  • Development

Exciting parts start once the design is finalized. Our programmers start coding with Test-driven development, test cases and specs. We brew the code into ideas and give you daily updates on how the work is making progress. For the first iteration to come to your hands it takes two to four weeks. We follow agile methodology(scrum) in development.

  • Maintenance & Integrations

Once the software is released to the customer, we tend to regularly monitor the logs and fix bugs. We start looking into the way to do integration with other tools that makes you achieve your business goals. Having a good integration system in place for software makes you do all the work in one place and automate tasks to serve your customers faster.
